How it works here
The plan is chosen on each property
The plan is not part of the sign-up. You create the property first and then pick its plan in the property detail.
- 01Create an account
Sign up as an owner and log in to the management section.
- 02Add your property
In the Properties section add the property and save its basic details.
- 03Pick the plan on the property
Open plan management in the property detail, choose a plan and finish the payment. Each property has its own plan.
Create an owner account A plan cannot be activated before the property is saved.
The prices shown are a prototype proposal and will be finalised before launch.

Does Chalupuj take a commission from bookings?+
No. You only pay for your plan. The guest pays for the stay directly to you under your payment terms.
How is the subscription paid?+
In the first phase the subscription is paid by card through the Comgate payment gateway.
Can I connect Booking, Airbnb and Google Calendar?+
Yes. Integrations are part of the top Connections plan. We keep adding more options and all planned integrations are on our roadmap.
Can I change my plan later?+
Yes. You will be able to upgrade or downgrade depending on the features you need.
