These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the website and services operated by Chalupuj s.r.o. (hereinafter "we", "us", "our" or "Chalupuj").

2. Scope of Services
Chalupuj.cz is an online platform that enables:
- Searching and booking accommodation (cottages, cabins, apartments)
- Advertising accommodation services by property owners
- Communication between guests and accommodation owners
- Payment processing for reservations
- Ratings and reviews of accommodation
3. Registration and User Accounts
3.1 Registration Requirements
- Only persons over 18 years of age may register
- You must provide correct and current information during registration
- Each user may have only one account
- The account is non-transferable to third parties
3.2 Account Responsibility
The user is fully responsible for all activities performed under their account and must protect their login credentials from misuse.
4. Accommodation Reservations
4.1 Reservation Process
- Select accommodation and dates
- Check availability and price
- Fill in the reservation form
- Pay for the reservation
- Receive reservation confirmation by email
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon reservation
- We accept credit cards and bank transfers
- Prices include VAT
- Payments are in CZK or EUR
5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by accommodation and are listed in each listing's details.
5.1 General Cancellation Policy

50% fee of total price

6. Rules for Accommodation Owners
6.1 Owner Obligations
- Providing accurate information about the accommodation
- Up-to-date photos and description
- Respecting availability dates
- Professional communication with guests
- Adhering to hygiene and safety standards
6.2 Commission
Chalupuj charges a commission on each successful reservation. The commission rate is set individually based on accommodation type and services. The current commission schedule is available in the owner administration panel.
7. Ratings and Reviews
7.1 Rating Rules
- Only users who actually used the accommodation may rate it
- Ratings must be objective and truthful
- Offensive or inappropriate comments are prohibited
- Owners may respond to ratings
7.2 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to moderate and, if necessary, remove inappropriate ratings or comments that violate our community guidelines.
8. Liability and Limitations
Important Notice
Chalupuj.cz acts as an intermediary between accommodation owners and guests. We are not directly responsible for the quality of accommodation services provided.
8.1 Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for damages caused by third parties
- We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control
- Liability is limited to the amount paid
- We do not guarantee 24/7 service availability
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Internal Resolution

10. Validity and Changes to Terms
10.1 Validity
These terms take effect on the date of their publication on the website and remain in effect until revoked or replaced by new terms.
10.2 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email or notice on the website at least 30 days in advance.
11. Final Provisions
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be resolved by courts of the Czech Republic.
Severability
If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
